Firstly I would like to say thank you for giving Sydney Wide Painters and Decorators an opportunity in
submitting a quote for your project.

SCOPE

Scope 1.
Internal Scope
Paint all internal ceilings, walls, doors, door jams, timber windows and skirtings throughout ground and
level 1.

Scope 2
External Scope
Prepare and paint external eaves lining boards, rafters, fascia boards, timber doors, windows, shingles,
posts, beams, veranda ceiling and chimneys

Scope 3
Steel windows and Doors
Prepare and paint both side of metal windows and doors located in dining, kitchen, back door, lounge,
hallway and ensuite

Scope 4
Painting of joinery
Prepare and paint raw MDF joinery doors (front, backs, edges), end panels, fillers, and kicks. Joinery
includes kitchen cupboards and draws, laundry, home bar, study, ensuite vanity, main bathroom linen
storage, second bathroom vanity, main bathroom vanity, master bedroom wardrobe, bed 2 wardrobe, bed
3 wardrobe and bedroom 4 wardrobe.

DURATION

An estimated time of 8-10 working weeks for this project.

PREPERATION

Ensure all dust is removed from plaster ceilings and walls before applying sealer coats
Prepare and surfaces to be painted correctly
Ensure timber trusses are sanded with orbital sanding machines
All surfaces to be sanded smooth between coats ensuring a smooth finish
All holes and imperfection to be filled with appropriate fillers, than sanded smooth
All patches and bare surfaces to be primed prior to application of finish coats
Cracks to be all filled with no-more-gap filler
Protective drop sheets to be used on internal and external to protect furniture, floors and plants

APPLICATION

All surfaces will receive 3coats of paint. Sealer/primer coat followed by one finish coat of paint to be
competed on first visit followed by two finish coats of paint after fit out is completed and house is near
completion.
