Name : Debi Ester Claudia Siregar

Class : XI Social 2

A girl is bowed down on a park bench, staring at a piece of pretty pink paper. It was clear on the
paper that there was a name that he was so familiar with. A name that he could never forget. A
man with a beautiful name who still fills every niche in his heart. The love that is still lodged in his
heart, even deep in his deepest heart. Love is still very big.

But now, things are different. Everything has ended. The pink colored paper shows that her love
can no longer have. The person he loves will marry another girl. Not him. It is not himself who
will be his wife, not himself who will become
mother of her children. A reality that was so bitter and he never expected.

The girl covered her face with both hands, trying to hold back the water that was already visible
in her eyes. Now he raised his head hoping that the tears that had filled his lids would return to
his eyes without a single drip. But without being able to control it, the tears were already seeping
out, starting to wet his cheeks.

"If the separation didn't happen, I wish I could suppress my ego" he muttered in sobs full of
regret.

----
“I heard That your dreams came true.
Guess she gave you things I didn't give to you”

The cute girl seemed to be wiping her tears. His eyes seemed to catch two humans joking around
in a part of the garden where he was alone. His heart was getting sicker, fragile, shattered into
pieces into the sandbox in the desert field that could not possibly be reunited.

But on the other hand, he realized, he was nobody now. She is not a good girl and appropriate for
that man. He never gave anything, only the ego that he excelled. Even though there is such a
great love in his heart, his big ego is able to control him and his ego is what makes him regret it
now.

With full of vulnerability and regret the girl rose from the place where she sat. He walked out of
the park, leaving the man he loved joking with the woman who was soon to marry him. Every
now and then he stopped and turned his head to see the two shadows. He tried to smile. Smiling
seeing the man she loves has got her happiness.

----
Never mind I'll find someone like you
I wish nothing but the best for you too
"Don't forget me," I begged "I'll remember," you said
"Sometimes it lasts in love But sometimes it hurts instead."

The girl's two brown eyes caught a man standing firmly on the altar. Looks so handsome and
charming There were clear lines of joy on his face. a beautiful smile continued to radiate from the
corners of his lips.

But the scene looked different for one of the invited guests who sat in the back row in the
cathedral church where the wedding was blessed. His face still looked grim, even though he kept
trying to smile. Great turmoil occurred within him. On the other hand he must smile and be
happy Marco - the man he loves - married a girl he also loves and is his choice. But it is
undeniable that deep down he still loves her very much, even though her separation from Marco
happened 2 years ago. And until now, that feeling cannot be replaced with other men.

The daydreams of the girl named Sinta were shattered when the wedding march rang throughout
all corners of the church. He then stood up and turned to look at a beautiful woman like a royal
princess entering the church. Walk slowly with a beautiful smile. For a moment he turned to see
Sinta who was standing among the other invited guests. By trying her best, Sinta smiled sincerely
at the beautiful woman who would soon become the husband of the man she loves –Marco-.

Caitlin - that beautiful woman - brightened even more after receiving a smile from Sinta. He was
happy because Sinta allowed him to marry Marco. The man who had filled all the nooks of his
heart during the past year. He then walked back to the altar where his prince was waiting for him.

Meanwhile Sinta turned her face away from Caitlin who had passed by. Her two eyes were fixed
on the man standing at the wedding altar. Unexpectedly the man was looking at her. Staring at
him so deeply, made Sinta unable to look away. Although the two of them were quite far apart,
the gaze made Selena's heart beat fast. For a moment he thought about screwing up this
marriage. And took Marco back from Caitlin's hand. But immediately he shook his head
vigorously. He wouldn't do that. He took a deep breath, and let out slowly. Close his eyes for a
moment. Then he lifted his face which had bowed. Looking back at Marco who was still staring at
him up there, Sinta then pulled the corners of her lips into a sincere smile. Seeing that Marco
smiled again, and turned his gaze towards his future wife who was already in front of him. And
immediately pronounce their holy promises before the pastor and God.

Sinta followed the blessing ceremony with mixed hearts. But she realized, she could no longer
hold onto excessive feelings for Marco. she was sure she would find the same man as Marco. and
maybe better. All he can do now is fully support what his former lover is doing. For the happiness
of the people he loves.

 ---
Nothing compares No worries or cares
Regrets and mistakes They are memories made.

Sinta closes her love sheet with a man named Marco. All the memories are sweet and bitter.
Regret and mistakes are things they made in the past. Sinta doesn't mean to forget all of that, but
she also won't be dissolved in a past. He realized that the past was for learning and became a
memory, whether it was bitter or sweet.

Marco has been happy with Caitlin. Sinta can only hope that Marco won't forget her and make
her a memory.

“I’ll remember you said Sometimes it lasts in love But sometimes it hurts instead.” Said Sinta with
a smile, closing a diary with Marco. he looked at the sky that was getting dark with a million new
dreams in his life.
