It has been observed that cases prepared by concerned DDs (Maint) and received from regional General Managers for in principle/formal approval of issuance of NOC’s for use of NHA’s ROW as approach/access or Right of Way (ROW) for installation/erection of CNG/Filling Stations & different amenities are not complete in all respect and generally lacks certain requirements, documents, informations and attestation by the prescribed authorities. This lead to exchange of correspondence between Rev - ROW Section, HQ and field offices which causes delay in the process and issuance of requisite NOC’s to the applicants, 2.
