ASSIGNMENT:
1) Whom do you think Rajinder will eat with? Why?
Ans: According to me, Rajinder will choose to eat with the new group of foreman
because he wanted to get familiar with the new group and his new job.
2) If you were one of the other foremen, what could you do to make Rajinder’s
transition easier?
Ans: If I were to be there as one of the other foremen, I would call out for Rajinder as
soon as I’d see him and ask to have lunch with us so as to save him from the dilemma.
3) What would you have done if you were in Rajinder’s shoes? Why?
Ans: If I would be in Rajinder’s shoes, I would do the same as I thought that he would
do. I would choose to have my lunch with the new group of foremen and interact with
them only out of the intention of knowing the group and the environment better and to
have a healthy relation with my co-workers in the new post.
