Pricing Plans Explained

Plan explanations are as follows.

Spidertracks now offers the following pricing plans; these plans are made for our recreational yers through to our commercial eet customers.

Each Spider on an organisations account will have its own plan and each plan comes with its own bene ts.

The following is a breakdown of each of our new plans:

Pay As You Go Plan

The Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) plan is our seasonal plan. This has an annual fee of US$249 and includes up to 50 hours of tracking data and 250
Spidertxt messages.

Please note that 40 Iridium position points, equal one tracking hour.

It is a no-contract plan, meaning you can cancel this at any time.

The PAYG plan has an allowance of 2000 points for the year and automatically renews every year.

The ight hours for this plan do not rollover.

What Happens If All the Data Is Used Up?

When you have used 95.% of your allowance the system will automatically top up your account with a further 1000 points for US$99.

Lite Plan

The second plan is a lower-usage plan. The monthly fee for this plan is US$59 and includes 30 hours per month.

Please note that 40 Iridium position points, equal one tracking hour.

The ight hours for this plan do not rollover

What Happens If All the Data Is Used Up?

If the ight allowance hours are exceeded there is a US2.00 per hour overage charge.

Am I able to mix PAYG and Lite plans in my account?

Yes, the only plans that can not be mixed are the Commercial plans below.

Commercial Plans

Basic, Premium & Unlimited

The commercial plans we now offer come with 'pooled hours', meaning that if one of the aircraft in your eet does a greater amount of ying than
another, it can borrow the hours from the less active Spider to supplement its ying.

For example, if you have 2 Spiders on the Basic plan at US$79 this means that monthly you will be paying US$158 and the total pooled hours for
the year will be 1200 hours.

The monthly cost and annual hours for each of the plans are as follows:

Unlimited US$149 Unlimited

Organizations subscribed to our new Commercial Pooled Plans (Basic, Premium or Unlimited plans) will be billed for actual Spider usage based on
the time that each spider is powered on and powered off, in each billing period.

What Happens If All the Data Is Used Up?

If an organization consumes its entire shared data pool within the 12-month plan term, overages charges apply at the standard rate of US$2.00
per hour, any overages will also be displayed in the monthly invoice sent to the designated members of your account.

All our plans now include a new Usage Details section in each monthly invoice, this provides visibility over the total data consumption, as well as
showing a per Spider breakdown of usage.

We can not suspend Spiders on our Commercial Plans due to the plan having pooled hours across the eet, meaning that if you don't y, the
allocated hours can be carried over to the next month, and can be used by the other Spiders in your eet.
