Login to the Microtrack Web Application

1. Enter the following Links in your browser
a. http://mdm.microtrack.com.pk:9997
i. User Name: User1
ii. Password conveyed via SMS

You will be logged in successfully

Adding Devices to the Application

2. In order to add the device Click Add button. Following window will open. Fill in the required
Information.

Installing and Configuring Mobile apk

Install the mobile apk in the mobile and run it. The apk requires some permission to work.
Please follow the instructions.
First it asks you the permission for Device administrator. Click on continue. Device
administrator option will appear on this screen or you may find it in Other Security Settings.
Click on the Device Administrator and allow Microtrack MDM.
Similarly it asks for other permissions

 Allow drawing over other applicatios

 Allow Usage Data Access
 Allow access to photos, media and files on you device
 Allow to make and manage phone calls
 Allow Access to device locations

Next it will ask for the Server URL Please Enter the following URL
http://mdm.microtrack.com.pk:9997

Enter the device ID which was created during adding of device (“Number”)

It will bring you to the default page with certain preinstalled applications. You can customize as per your
required applications.

Microtrack Web Panel

Microtrack Web Panel have for administration. Devices, Applications, Configurations, Files and Functions

Devices

The Device Tab displays the list of Device in which Microtrack MDM is running. Following task can be
performed under this tab.

 Add and remove devices,

 Rename Devices
 Associated profiles to devices

Applications

The Application Tab displays all the applications which resides on the Sever. Following tasks can be
performed under this tab.

 Add applications
 Links application to different profiles
 Set the status of the apps to INSTALL, DO NOT INSTALL, DELETE

Configurations

The configuration tab have different profiles linked to it. Adding and changing profiles can be done
under this tab. There are different profiles settings options avails once a profile is edited. Common
Settings, Design Settings, Applications , MDM Settings (KISOK MODE)
