position.

I hold a Degree Certificate from Moi University where I was undertaking Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I
also have a Diploma certificate from Mount Kenya University with Community Development and Social
Work and would wish to be given an opportunity to work in your reputable organization.

My preference is motivated by wanting to be part of your working culture, adaptability to new systems
associated with supporting family strengthening programs, assessment and selection of orphaned and
vulnerable children and recommend necessary care and support. I will ensure provision of mentorship
program, conducting of home visits and school visits. I am proficient in facilitation of open
communications within the family support team and facilitation of educational development of children in
the target group. I am in the fore-front in ensuring protection of children rights and prevent them from any
form of child abuse. I will enable cooperation with the project coordinator in the Christian values for
holistic development of the beneficiary. I will also enable network and linkages with various
organizations to enable smooth flow of the program.I will facilitate timely reports and enable excellent
facilitation and effectiveness of all community programs. I am also interested in the ability to build and
maintain professional helping relationships and the ability to relate and communicate with diverse
population and groups in harnessing the enormous opportunities within our communities.

I am self-motivated, proficient in communication skills both written and verbal with excellent
interpersonal and organizational skills. I am a team player with excellent analytical skills who enjoys
learning with high levels of versatility and discipline. I remain hopeful that my application will be
considered.
