Product Assurance Associate (Italian, French, Spanish)

Adecco are recruiting on behalf on one of the world’s largest retailers and are very excited to
present this opportunity.
You will be part of the Product Compliance teams who will ensure that the clients transactions
satisfy legal and safety requirements. As a Product Assurance Associate your main responsibility is
improving customer trust and reducing their exposure to unsafe non-compliant products worldwide.

As Virtual Product Assurance Associate, you will:

assess whether products are eligible for sale and meet safety and regulatory requirements. You will
conduct your work virtually from home, using remote access to follow defined regulatory processes
that ensure compliance, confidentiality and security.

Your core responsibilities may include:

To review products, ensuring regulatory compliance on all products available for sale on the Amazon
website.
To audit the Amazon website and identify dangerous, prohibited, restricted/regulated and non-
compliant products.
To review and assess documentation provided by Selling Partners.
To identify and remove products that don't satisfy Amazon’s regulatory or safety obligations.

In addition to the core responsibilities listed above, your responsibilities can include:
Flagging any updates received from stakeholders to Lead/Manager.
Participate in testing of new tools and processes, providing feedback on their performance.
This role is to be based virtually in Iasi, but occasional travel to Iasi office might be required.

Basic Qualification:

 Fluent in English language

 B1 proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian is mandatory
 Good working knowledge of MS Office
 Strong attention to detail
 Ability to analyse and identify patterns in large data sets
 Good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree
 MS Excel proficiency
 1-3 years of professional experience
