Profiled Cladding Sheets
TSSC manufactures a wide spectrum of profiled sheets for civil and industrial construction. The most notable of these
are the corrugated metal sheets in a wide variety of profiles. These profiled sheets offer architects and designers a
range of choices for roof and wall cladding such as internal linings and external cladding for industrial and commercial
buildings.
The major advantages of profiled sheets include:

• Allow for rapid and installation, with minimal labor required
• Can be easily dismantled for building transformations
• Are made to the site’s measurements, eliminating wastage and installation complications
• Modifications or extensions can be done at any time

Composite Panels
TSSC composite panels range represent a complete system of Pre-insulated monolithic metallic panels used for
building roofs and walls for various kinds of industrial and civil structures. The unique sandwich construction of the
panel is a result of injection of rigid polyurethane foam at high density between two rigid facings.
TSSC insulated composite panels offer the following advantages:

• Excellent thermal insulation
• Good noise reduction factor
• Light weight
• Good fire resistance with different grades of foam

• Structurally sound building elements
• Availability of different thicknesses

• Pre-painted and mill finish in Aluminum, Aluzinc and galvanized steel.
GRP Skylight Panels
In addition to the GI and Aluminum cladding sheets, TSSC also manufactures translucent roof sheets from
synthetic resin and fiber glass using advanced manufacturing techniques. With an average transparency rate of
70% – 75%, TSSC translucent panels transmit abundant natural light into the building.
Due to the stable physical performance Translucent roofing sheets are ideal for Commercial Buildings, Industrial
Buildings, Warehouses and Greenhouses.
The panels are factory assembled and offer the following advantages:

Structural Components
The range of modular structural components manufactured by TSSC that includes high quality Purlins and Metal
decking sheets.
The C and Z Section purlins, which act as secondary support for roofing sheets and composite panels, are accurately
roll formed from high-strength zinc-coated steel. These purlins are used in a wide range of industrial and commercial
applications and provide an efficient, lightweight and economical solution for roofing and cladding.
Metal decking profiles from TSSC are manufactured to international steel design standards for maximum strength.
They are typically used for multi-story buildings, mezzanines, bridge walkways, porches, platforms, parking garages
and storage facilities.
All of these components are aesthetically pleasant, weatherproof and offer excellent thermal insulation. In addition,
they are resistant to fire, fungi and mildew.

Standing Seam System
TSSC, a primary member of the Harwal Group is the provider of a unique , advanced and versatile roofing system,
a covering which gives an absolute guarantee of water tightness for a long duration and free maintenance system.
The TSSC standing seam roofing system allows contractors to tailor the shape and dimensions of panels according
to building requirements and create harmonious transitions between roof and façade. It is used in industrial and civil
buildings and conforms to the latest architectural trends.
The TSSC standing seam roofing system uses roll formed panels that are attached to the structural substrate with
a concealed method enabling its use on many applications from low pitched roofs to vertical or horizontal ribbed
walling

The BASECO Roof Standing Seam System is structurally
designed to perform in various conditions. It saves time,
costs and protects the building. Additional benefits include
low energy usage and flexibility in design.
A wide spectrum of accessory features such as Glass

Reinforced Concrete (GRC), Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP),
Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP), Solar Panels, Walkways,
Handrails, and others can be installed on the top of the
standing seam .
Free penetration connection is achieved by the use of extruded

aluminum clips, which clamp over the seam of the panel using
stainless steel bolts. This safely transmits the loading to the
back of the substructure. All design possibilities are studied
and designed by our Engineering Team to comply with the
Architectural requirements of the building.

Composite Panels
TSSC composite panels range represent a complete system of insulated monolithic metallic panels
used for building roofs and walls for various kinds of industrial and civil structures. The differentiated
sections of corrugations offer structural characteristics to the building giving the ability to bear the
unforeseen overloads in various deployment conditions.
The unique sandwich construction of the panel is a result of injection of rigid polyurethane foam
at high density between two rigid facings. Combinations of a wide choice of best quality facing
materials offer the customers a choice of sandwich panels to choose from. Some of the facings

Firespan Panels are fire rated mineral wool composite panels that is a part of our diverse insulated
panels range. Firespan is a stress skin sandwich panel with metal facings permanently bonded to
rock wool core using heat polymerizing.
Firespan has been specially developed for use in Light weight applications to satisfy the thermal, fire
and acoustic requirement of roof, walls & partition etc.
These Products are manufactured in a variety of thickness to suit the needs of virtually any applica-
tion on framed buildings in commercial or industrial sector.
Firespan fire rated panels have been developed specifically to meet the demands of the architect
specifier, who require aesthetic high performance steel faced building panels with efficient and su-
perior fire resistance. Firespan provides 2 hour fire resistance. Unlike plastic foams such as expanded
polstyrene, polyurethane foam or cellular modified isocyannurate, mineral wool does not burn. Fire-
span panel with steel facing is almost entirely inorganic.
Firespan is an exciting new product for the Gulf region but mineral wool core panels have an exten-
sive history in Europe and America. With growing awareness among building owners and designers
about the truly non-combustible sandwich panels, the applications of mineral wool panels is grow-
ing rapidly. The needs for insulated walls and ceilings, sanitary or washable panels and a truly non-
combustible wall capable of resisting fire up to two (2)hours are now catered by Firespan panels.

Why Firespan ?
Firespan from TSSC is the best lightweight thermally insulated panel in the market. Its physical
properties make it equally suitable for use as an economic solution for both roof and wall system
in industrial and commercial cladding applications.
Mineral wool possesses excellent fire resistance and does not contribute to spread fire. The main
component is volcanic rock manufactured at temperatures in excess of 10000 degree Celcius.
The product does not react with any other building materials. Being made of volcanic rock, the
mineral wool is unaffected by changes in humidity and temperature. When exposed to fire, the
low content of organic material in mineral wool will release only traces of toxic gases, which is far
below the critical values.
Insulated panel incorporating mineral wool as insulation has been fire tested to comply with fire
classification A1 non combustible as per ASTM standards. With mineral wool insulation, excellent
sound reduction can be achieved.
Firespan panel is a through - fixed insulated mineral wool panel for wall and partition application,
which is capable of satisfying the most demanding fire performance requirements. The Panels
integrate the technologies of composite panel production with the non-combustible attributes
of mineral wool insulation.

C and Z Section purlins that act as secondary
support for roofing sheets and composite
panels are manufactured by TSSC to be

accurately roll formed from high strength
zinc coated steel and provide an efficient,

has a ribbed profile with embossments

Translucent sheets are sold by weight than thickness measured as kilograms per square meter. The strength
of the sheet increases with increase in the weight of the panel. Standard weight (Grade) supplied is 2.4 kg/m².
Other grades can also be supplied upon request.
Specification
TSSC translucent panels are manufactured to ASTM D 3841-97 (Reapproved 2001) , which is the standard
specification for Glass-Fiber-Reinforced Polyester Panels. The panels also comply with BS 4514:Part2:1985.

Handling & Storage

1. Store sheets in a dry and fire safe area. Do not store heavy materials on sheets as they may fracture.
2. Use a Lifting beam for stacked panels over 6 meters long. Avoid hook cranes. Global Harwal Group Offices & Branches
3. While physically handling the panels care must be taken not to twist them.
4. Do not walk on the panels at any time. The panels are not designed to support undistributed weight of workers.
5. Roofing ladders or crawling boards or equivalent means of protection must be used during work on roofs.
Maintenance of Translucent Panels

Sheets should be regularly cleaned with warm water and detergents to maintain light transmissions.
