Inreference to Division Memorandum (DM) No. 178, s. 2020, titled "Division Research Management Guidelines S.Y. 2020-2021,” this Office announces the following corrections, 2. On Section IV-A, tiled *Call for Proposals" (page 7): "Master Teachers and Head Teachers shail conduct basic and/or action research(es) as part of their Key Result Areas in their Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form and Results-based Performance Management System.” On Annex 2, titled “Minimum Requirements of a Complete Research Report (adapted from DO 16, s. 2017)" (page 18), under the Completed Action Research part Xb, "Consent Forms” will be replaced by the “Declaration of Originality.” 3. DM No. 178, s. 2020 shail repeat thie DM No. 236, s. 201, tilled “Division Research Management Guidelines [S.Y. 2019-2020].” Any other provisions stipulated in previously issued Memoranda inconsistent with this Corrigendum is hereby rescinded. 4.
