THE THIRD SCHEDULE

(which is to be taken, read and construed as an essential part of this Agreement)

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT OF PURCHASE PRICE

Installments Payable % Amount

1. Immediately upon signing of this Agreement 10

2. Within twenty one (21) days from the date of the Developer's
written notice of the following :-

a. commencement of the piling & foundation works of the 15


said Building

b. commencement of the basement slab of the said 15


Building

c. completion of the reinforced concrete framework of the 15


Parcel

d. completion of the brickwall of the Parcel 10

e. completion of the electrical wiring and plumbing 10


(without fittings) of the Parcel

f. completion of internal plastering of the Parcel 15

g. completion of drainage, sewerage works and 5


roadworks serving the Parcel and the said Building

3. Within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Developer’s 5


written notice that the construction of the said Building has
been completed and that the Parcel has been completed
and that the Parcel is ready for delivery of vacant
possession to the Purchaser.
