The Impact of Nurses in Todays Health Care Delivery System

Health care system are organizations, agencies, and services that produce acts with the
primary goal of promoting health. The health care delivery system refers to the institutions,
individuals, and services involved in providing individual health care. The top priorities of every
health-care delivery system are to ensure that all people have access to health-care services
when they need them and to provide health services that are both cost-effective and meet pre-
determined quality expectations.

Patient satisfaction is concerned with clinical interactions in individual healthcare

environments, while responsiveness is concerned with the overall health system. Nurses, has a
broad and far-reaching role in accordance of today’s health care delivery system.

Nurses encourage wellness by educating patients and the general public on how to
avoid disease and injury, delivering treatment and aiding in the cure, engaging in rehabilitation,
and providing support. They assist the client and their families in gaining a better understanding
of the social, physical, behavioral, and cultural experiences they face during health and illness.

Nurses do more than just look after patients. They have always been at the frontline of
health care and public health reform. They are pioneers. Today's nurses learn to trust their own
direct experience when it comes to generating useful research leads on relevant issues. They
monitor the patient's health on a regular basis. Their constant presence, observation skills, and
diligence allow doctors to make more accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendations. For
instance, whilst experiencing this pandemic and having shortage of staff, nurses managed to
assess clients the best they can do especially on continuous emergency and provide the health
care needed by the patients.

Collaboration among physicians, nurses, as well as other medical professionals

enhances team members' understanding of each other's types of skills and expertise, resulting
in continued decision-making progress. Nurses are ideally prepared to respond to and drive the
revolutionary changes in healthcare by becoming a completely participating member of the
interdisciplinary team as they move from service charge treatment to squad based, patient
centered care and services that is efficient and accessible. Although reliability, thoroughness,
and affordability are important, there are other facets of treatment that receive less attention but
are equally important: people want care that is secure and reliable, with the best possible
outcomes.
