This is in reference to Regional Memorandum re: above-mentioned

subject dated March 2, 2021.

In view of this, all concerned are requested to:

1. Lead the BPOC Evaluation and Task Force (ETF) to jointly review
and assess the submitted BPOC Self-Asessment Form;
2. Ensure that all barangays are assessed within your AOR;
3. Encode the results of the assessment in the shared google drive
and ensure data reliability; and
4. Accomplish and submit Summary Report to the Provincial Office.
