This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS OF THE

INTESTATE ESTATE OF ______________________________________ made and entered

deceased left no debts;

WHEREAS, the parties hereto being all of legal age and with full civil capacity to
contract, hereby, by these presents agree to divide and adjudicate, as they hereby divided and
adjudicated among themselves the abovementioned parcel of land, pro indiviso;

BY WAY OF DEED OF SALE

WHEREAS,_________________________ herein referred to as the HEIRS/VENDORS, for and in
consideration of the amount of ________________________________________________________

considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from

WHEREAS, the provisions of Art. 1623 of the New Civil Code of the Philippines has
been complied with;
