FOREWORD

This module will be the foundation for learning the subject BACC 11A: Business Research. This will help

students to acquire business research skills. The concepts and exercises are simplified to ensure

that learners can easily follow. The whole course is divided into 5 modules. AS students, go over

each module, one has to grasp full knowledge of the content to produce the designed

performance assessment.

Learning research is fun when one put their time and heart on the topics introduced, diligently do the
