Problem: City Terminal

Location: AH 26, Santiago City, 3311 Isabela
Date: June 30, 2016
Problem: A 12,000 square meter City Station.

Situation:
There is no parking lot for guest to unload their family, relatives and friends.
The ventilation in waiting area is not good enough for the hot weather, there is no
trees, shrubs and grass beside the station cause of the hot weather.
The restaurant foods are too much expensive.
The comfort room is not cleaned enough to satisfy the people.
There is no Gasoline Station.
There is no commercial bldg. for installment

Solution:
I will make a space for parking lot for the guest to unload their baggage and to
park their vehicles.
I will make a space for landscaping and for trees and shrubs to have a fresh air,
and provide a big fan in waiting area and in restaurant.

Objectives: To make the passengers comfortable and have a peaceful and safe
trip.
