SYMPTOMS

Seeming inability of a woman to become pregnant.

CAUSES

Infertility is generally defined as the failure to conceive after a year or more of regular sexual activity during
the time of ovulation. Either the woman or the man may be the cause. The primary cause is generally low
sperm count; but in women, it is ovulatory dysfunction.

Infertility usually means that the problem can be reversed; sterility means that the situation is permanent.
In general, 60% of couples conceive within 6 months; and 90% conceive within a year. If you both under
28, and have no reason to think otherwise, you ought to have a baby within a year.

The problem may be that the woman is not cycling and ovulating properly. If she has less than 20% body
fat, she may not.

Other causes include inherited disorders, infections, venereal disease, mishandled abortions, bacterial
organism, drugs, plugged fallopian tubes, emotional trauma, or frigidity.

If you are producing milk or have male-pattern hair growth on your breast, upper lip, or chain, you may have
hormonal imbalance. There may be a thyroid problem.

You and your spouse may have had chlamydia, gonorrhea, or other sexually transmitted disease which can
destroy the fallopian tubes in woman and inflame and scar the ductile system in men. You may have had
pelvic infections, endometriosis, polycystic ovary disease, abdominal or urinary tract surgery, injuries to the
perineum, excessively high fevers, the mumps or measles. You may have used an intrauterine device (IUD).
Salpingitis and ovaritis can cause sterility.
One of you may have been expose to a harmful chemical, such as lead. Kidney problems can result in
reproductive imbalance. Clean out the kidneys. The more women smoke, the less likely they will conceive.
In fact, women whose mothers smoke are only half as likely to conceive as those whose mothers were
nonsmokers.

In rare instances, women develop antibodies to their partner’s sperm. In some case, one or the other is only
half-hearted about having a baby.

PROTOCOL

1. Eat a nourishing diet; be sure to include sufficient vitamins and minerals. A frequent cause is a
deficiency in one or more nutrients.
2. Take sticky coffee (Flaxseed, turmeric, soy, and charcoal) a high-protein, essential fatty acids
(flaxseed) best before breakfast at least 30 minutes for digestive aid, or 1 hour before bedtime.
3. Vitamin A in the form of carotenes, B complex, zinc (30 mg), germanium (100 mg), and CoQ10, folic
acid (5 mg) helps female fertility.
4. Vitamin E (400 IU) is very important if you wish to conceive. In women with irregular or absent
periods, extra vitamin B6 can boost fertility (50 mg daily).
5. In one study, taking over 1,000 mg. of vitamin C daily can reduce fertility in a women, whereas, in
men it increases it.
6. Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) is a B vitamin which stimulates the pituitary gland and sometimes
restores fertility to a woman (100 mg).
7. Avoid fried, sugary, junk, and caffeine foods. Do not eat white flour or animal fats.
8. Women who drink alcohol can prevent implantation of the fertilized egg in their womb.

conceive.

more likely to conceive. They have more time to relax and rest up.
13. Lemon juice with charcoal detox, for energy and testosterone boaster.

OTHER HELP

▪ Make sure you time it just right, in accordance with the monthly cycle.

▪ The woman should remain lying down for 20 minutes after ejaculation.

▪ If woman has developed antibodies to her husband’s sperm, avoid releasing sperm for a month (via
condom. Etc.) this should cause the sperm antibodies to decrease.

▪ There is always risk if you give consent for a physician to do fertility testing inside your body.
