E-business performance measurement internal processes explored

This project examines the impact of e-business practices for internal performance measurement.
Using a case study approach, we investigated 12 companies in different industries, including both
manufacturers and service providers.
The cases include companies undertaking business to business (B2B) and business-to-consumer
(B2C) e-commerce, and clicks-and-mortar converts to e-business as well as dotcom start-ups.
