Answer to the question no 1:

From the reading the whole passage, it is crystal clear that not only growth mindset but also Positive
mindset helped Udoy in his work for the children. We can see that Udoy, a physically challenged man
who has problems in his arms and legs since his birth, had started a social organization in his early age.
He also runs a free school for children who are interested in learning music. Now if we think a little bit
then we can notice that from his childhood he is taught not to be a burden to the other people. For that
reason, he took an initiative of funding a social organization at his grandparents home. Though he was
dependent on others he never shies from helping people in need. Also he helped the disabled to get
their allowances and also arranges their food, clothes and money. Positive mindset has helped him a lot
in his life till now. He believed that if he starts to use music in a school to inspire children, it will guide
them in a soothing way and for funding the free school he collects money from his relatives and gets
donations from locals for operating that school and the organization to help the poor and the orphans.
According to the light of the stem, we can say that udoy can be a torch bearer of his society.

A short list of activities that often create rumors:

i) Rumors can often be the cause of many fights between teens and young adults.

ii)Some people spread rumors as a way to intimidate others and gain status or popularity.

iii)Spreading unkind gossip in person or online is not a decent or mature way to act. It hurts the person
being talked about, and it intimidates other people.

iv) People often get jealous of others in many situations in their daily life and for that they usually spread
rumors of the successful people that they are jealous of.

For preventing these we can take some initiatives that can help a lot in making a better society almost
without rumors:
i) If we achieve success in anything then we should encourage others how to do that in a proper way
instead of avoiding them.

iii) If we go to a meeting or discussion , we should motivate each others how to be successful in our
life.

iv) We should share ideas with others how the famous people succeeded in their life.
