If you could go back in time, what time and place would you visit? Why?

If I can turn back the time , I wanted to be in the period where christianity was
embraced . The period that plays a big role in our history, brought day-to-day
practices that became a part of the filipino culture and taught as many
lessons . This period namely spanish colonial period . In addition , if i have a
chance to go back in time , the place that would likely be my preference would
be the negros where i was able to ride Superferry and our family had our bond

Literary Periods: Describe the kind of literature producedin precolonial times. Identify
also the contributions of the Negritoes, Indons, and Malays to the literary heritage of the
Philippines.

The kind of literature produce in pre-colonial times was more on verbal


language and less in written words except for the baybayin which the Malay
people contributed this literature. The contributions of the Negritos, Indos and
Malays to the literacy heritage of the Philippines are legends, folktales,
balangay (system of government), proverbs, songs, superstitious believe like
folktales and epics.
Culture Note

Riddle or bugtong abounds in many ethnolinguistic groups in the Philippines. Give one example
of riddle from your culture or group.
