PART 1

Food and Diet

 What do you usually eat for breakfast? I usually eat bread and eggs which are cooked by my mom. And
sometimes my dad buys Breakfast for me and my sister on the way back home after he does exercise at the
park in the morning. It could be Pho, beef rice noodle or broken rice,..
 What is the most important meal of the day for you? Many people say that breakfast is the most significant
meal that you can not miss. Because it produces energy to your body to start a new working day. But for
my opinion, i think the dinner is the most essential meal. Because after you had dinner, it took maybe more
than 8 hours for yourbody to wait for having the next meal, breakfast. So that’s why you can not skip the
dinner, you have to eat enough in order to protect your stomach from the pain because of wating too long.
 How should we eat to stay healthy? I think we should eat less meat and prok or any animals.Because we
all know on the new that they inject something into the animals or use some kind of preservations that we
don’t know to make the meat always look tempting and tast good. And that chemical are harm to our
health. Beside, i think we should eat more healthy food like vegetables, fruits, or some kind of foods which
are easy to consume. Maybe we should took a vegetarian diet for a week if you have a chance. My mom is
a vegetarian and my sister is also planing to be like my mom.

 Will people’s diets change in the future? I think it could be. We are living in this age of cross-culture
communication where evrything change and develop dramatically and so do people’s diets.

Art

 Do you like art? Yes of course, I liked to be a fashion designer when i was young, and my dad signed an art
class for me. But then i found i have no talent in drawing by hand, so i quited. However, now i know that i
can draw and desgin on laptop or some software like illustrators, photoshop, indesign,.. and i signed for a
graphic desginer class. It was fascinating and amazing.

 Do you think art is an important part of life?

 How do you think art classes affect children’s development? It’s create

 Do people in Vietnam like visiting museums and art galleries?
