Dear Mr.Sivashankar,

As per our discussion today, the following is the scope of work to be done at Executive Zone
on 15th January, 2018.

OPTION:1
1. Fabric draping in the reception.
2.01 Flower Kolam
3. Entrance Decor using flowers and Fabric. (Royal Blue and white tissue fabric will be used)
4. Welcome board on a wooden easel stand with the company logo or as per design.

The total cost for the above requirements is Rs.20,000. where we will be using exotic
flowers like orchids, chrisanthamums, gypsy etc.

option-2: Gerberas and daisies.
OPTION:2
The same requirements can be done for Rs.17,000. where we will be using Gerberas and
daisies.

Flower bouquets for Rs. 400 each can be made out of orchids, carnations etc.
Flower bouquets for Rs. 300 each can be made out of either roses, gerberas etc.

Kindly note that we will require the place at least 4 hours prior to the time of completion.
Our team will take the highest precaution to not damage or dirty your office.

All the material except fresh flowers are on hire basis and will be cleared upon completion of
your inauguration function.

Provide Ribbon for ribbon cutting, Scissor & Tape inauguration starts at 8:30
AM. pls complete before
