MEAL 3: Paneer /Mushroom 200 Gms

NON - VEG PALEO DAYS:

MEAL 1: Butter Tea

MEAL 2: Egg omelette + vegetables
SNACK 2: Lemon Juice with salt / Butter 50 gm
MEAL 3: Fish/Goat liver/Prawn
