The EPA shall review a licence subject to Section 46(2) of the Waste Management
Act 1996 as amended.
The EPA may review a licence within 3 years with the consent of or on the
application of the licensee subject to Sections 46(1), 46(3) & 46(5) of the Waste
Management Act 1996 as amended.
