STATEMENT OF WARRANTY Atlantic Bearing Services will replace free of charge within one year of date of sale, any ACB.USA product which has failed in normal
use and service due to defects in material or workmanship. Such product must be returned to Atlantic Bearing Services, Miami Florida, transportation charges
collect. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any product which has not been properly lubricated, subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, or
which shall have been repaired or altered in any way so as, in the judgment of Atlantic Bearing Services, to affect adversely its performance and reliability, nor
which is used for a purpose for which it is no t designed. This agreement to replace defective parts is buyer’s exclusive remedy and is expressly in lieu of, and
is hereby in disclaimer of, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as all other implied warranties, in law or equity,
and of all other obligations or liabilities on seller’s part. Seller’s agreement hereunder runs only to the immediate purchasers and does not extend, expressly or
by implication, to any other person. In no event shall seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty shall be governed by the uniform
commercial code.

Atlantic Bearing Services (Miami, USA) is a world class leading
bearings and power transmission distributor and custom
product designer.
Our Bearing Enginnering department designs and subcontracts the
production of our ACB USA bearings to renowned factories around
the world. The selection of the factory will depend on the type of
bearing, required delivery and pricing. All our factories have been
previously selected so that they meet the highest quality standards.
Factories are located in the USA, Korea, Slovak Republic, China,
and Spain.
ACB USA bearings offer customers the same guarantee terms as
the leading bearing manufacturers. Material certifications, quality
control and other documents are available upon request.
Atlantic Bearing Services is an ISO9000 certified company and
therefore we are required to comply with the highest standard
of quality for all our internal process.
