PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN WEB-BASED LEARNING:

DIGIZEN LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN


DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP

ABSTRACT

Schools need to implement policies, learning models and build school culture, in order to
prevent online activities that are harmful to the students. Therefore, the researcher conducted a
qualitative research by analyzing student needs, designing a learning model for web-based
learning www.digizenlearning.com, its application and evaluation. This study uses the Research
and Development method. The development model used is the Research and Development (R&D)
model by Borg & Gall. The data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaires and
tests. The interview instrument was used to validate the lesson plan experts, material experts and
media experts. Then questionnaires and tests were used for grade 5 students at SD Bogor Raya.
Based on the results of the data analysis, the results of the feasibility test for the web-
based learning media www.digizenlearning.com, for material experts, it can be obtained
validation of 87% and media experts of 95%. Even though the results of the analysis on material
experts are in the very good category, the developer still revises and re-validates it until the
percentage obtained is 100% so that the website is more suitable to be used. In the development
process, trials were carried out three times, namely initial trials, field trials implementation. The
initial trial involved experts on the Digital Citizenship website, pedagogy and learning materials.
The field trial involved 5 student respondents. The field trial implementation involved 17
students. Experts and students are given the opportunity to use website products and write
responses to questionnaires.
The data analysis shows that the product attractiveness of the www.digizen learning
website is 85% and the practicality of the product is 80%. Thus the product is said to be feasible
and can become a new learning medium in Digital Citizenship lessons.
