In light of the provisions of canon 903 CIC, I write to inform you that Rev. DAVID AURELIO KU
YAM is an incardinated priest of the Missionary Fraternity, Apostles of the Word, who currently resides
in Mexico. I grant my permission for him to exercise ministry in the Diocese of Brooklyn, effective on
Tuesday, November 26, 2019 through Thursday, December 5, 2019, for a period of 9 days.
 
After a review of his official files, inquiring with those who have worked with him in previous
assignments, and from my personal knowledge, I can attest, without qualifications, that, 
In regard to Reverend DAVID AURELIO KU YAM
 
1. He is a person of good moral character and reputation; 
2. He has never been suspended or otherwise canonically disciplined; 
3. I know of nothing which would in any way limit or disqualify him from this
4. ministry; 
4. I am unaware of anything in his background which would render him unsuitable
5. to work with minor children, or vulnerable adults; 
5. He has never had criminal charges brought against him; 
6. He is of good health and is not in need of medical treatment. 
 
My permission for him to serve in the Diocese of Brooklyn is for a period of 9 days on the following
