In the program help (called by F1 or from the program menu - the file
CutterHelp.chm in the directory with the program)
is sections "Women's Body Measurements List" and "Men's Body Measurements List".
You can will print its in
multiple copies and use to record measurements when removing from a figure.

The program also saves the basics patterns in *.cut files - the measurements and
the basics pattern type are saved,
which makes them compact and convenient for shipment by email. These files are
opened only through the program menu
File->Open .. (Ctrl + O) or the file open button on the toolbar in the program. If
you have a question about
a calculated basis pattern, save it in a file and send in a letter with a question.
