Conditions of the contract are as follows:

The OWNER of the STUD and OWNER of the BITCH both agreed with Puppy Sharing Agreement whichever happens to the puppies. In the
event that the BITCH (Female) is going into labor it is agreed that both owners would share their puppies which is 60/40. 60% will go to the
BITCH Owner and 40% will go to the STUD Owner.

If, at any time, BITCH Owner unable or unwilling to comply with the agreement will result to pay the Amount of P 2000.00
