reflective paper for the following virtual immersion activities:
Ø set of webinars (UST Nursing Alumni (Dr. Gian Torres’ talk), Faculty of Pharmacy (FoP),
Epignosis, and Health Allied Learning Series (HeALS))
Ø UST Family Medicine
Ø AHA (American Heart Association)/Red Cross
Ø Hospital Tour (Asian Hospital Medical Center)
7. Embedded recorded videos demonstrating the telehealth i.e. health teaching done
8. Photo documentation e.g. screenshots of significant events taken from above mentioned virtual
immersion activities
Specific Instructions:
- The portfolio will be developed using MS PowerPoint and the end-product is a presentation file.
- The presentation may include texts, images, clip arts, templates, audio, and videos.
- Include animation and slide transitions to make the presentation appealing.
- Minimum of 10 slides and maximum of 25 slides shall comprise the whole presentation.
- Submission is due on or before April 16, 2020; 5:00PM to be uploaded in the designated gdrive
folder of the section.

1. This will be a group work from your previous health assessment peta utilizing the same patient
interviewed.
2. Based from the health assessment done, you are to render a simple health teachings based from the
condition presented of by your client
3. Your health teaching will be focused only one aspect ( ex diet) you will be discussing only about His
/her diet or meal plan.
4. This will be in a form of a short video presentation 2-3 mins to be incorporated in your digital
portfolio.
