reflective paper for the following virtual immersion activities:
Ø set of webinars (UST Nursing Alumni (Dr. Gian Torres’ talk), Faculty of Pharmacy (FoP),
Epignosis, and Health Allied Learning Series (HeALS))
Ø UST Family Medicine
Ø AHA (American Heart Association)/Red Cross
Ø Hospital Tour (Asian Hospital Medical Center)

Hence, there must be a total of 4 reflective papers in the portfolio.

8. Photo documentation e.g. screenshots of significant events taken from above mentioned virtual
immersion activities

Specific Instructions:
- The portfolio will be developed using MS PowerPoint and the end-product is a presentation file.
- The presentation may include texts, images, clip arts, templates, audio, and videos.
- Include animation and slide transitions to make the presentation appealing.
- Minimum of 10 slides and maximum of 25 slides shall comprise the whole presentation.
- Submission is due on or before April 16, 2020; 5:00PM to be uploaded in the designated gdrive
folder of the section.

Guidelines for the Tele health
