Autobiography

My name is Jocabed Becerra Soliz and I was born on the 6 th of March, 1997 in Cochabamba,
Bolivia. My parents were Roxana and Kadik. They are loving parents and they gave me the best
childhood.
My childhood was very fun because I had two friends, my brother and my sister with them I
could have fun playing video games, dolls, castles and everything you can imagine. As I grew
up, I was a very studious and persevering person, that made me a very dreamy person.
When I was 6 years old, my parents signed me up for swimming, with the passage of time my
passion for swimming increased and my new dream was to be a professional swimmer. I know, I
should have practiced this sport but unfortunately, I didn’t, because in my last years of school I
got sick and my performance worsened that's why I decided it was better to study engineering.

When I was 17, I chose the Bolivian Private University to study Industrial Engineering, it was
quite stressful but also incredible the years of the university I had the honor of being enter the
honor roll and be part of different competitions that helped me increase my career. Now I work
in an international company Nice InContact developing applications and Bi Reports for machine
learning.

Now with 23 years I hope to continue improving and be able to achieve my true dream which is
to study my master's degree in United State. I would like to attend MIT. I hope to become an
international engineer someday, working for a company like TESLA. With this line of work I
would be able to travel and work on projects very challenging.

The story of Michael and Carlota

Carlota was born on 15 March 1980 in California, a beautiful state in the Pacific Region. She
was the only child in a happy marriage. Since Carlota was born, her parents had big dream for
her future but those dreams were very different for both the mother and the father. Carlota’s
mother wanted her to be a runway photograph and his father wanted to be a big doctor just like
he was.
When Charlotte was in her last years of school in 1990, she had defined what she wanted to do
with her career and she thought, she would be a runway photographer, as her mother wanted.
However, at the end of school she was studying medicine because her father wanted it too much.
Despite this choice in her career, Carlota still was positive and she continued with photography
like a hobby while she studied medicine.
In the university she meets a Michael who would be her future husband. he always said her, she
should have studied photography because she was really good but She unfortunately She didn’t.
In the end Carlota became a great doctor but she had regrets, because She must have been a good
photographer.
