The document discusses a team's experience with lead stimulation during an expedition up Mt. Everest. The team was able to reach consensus on decisions without disagreements by allowing each member to share their point of view. However, some felt moving forward could endanger the team, while others wanted to press on. Additionally, not being able to see each other's screens online caused lapses in judgment. The team's decision-making process involved all members sharing what they saw on their dashboards and discussing health and personal goals before agreeing on a final plan.

Everyone patiently waited for each team member to make their decision, discuss it, and then move forward. We did not have any disagreements. Everybody had their own point of view, but it didn't take long for us to reach a consensus. Everyone was pumped and eager to go up to each camp as a group. What did not go well? Some though staying back could save the team whereas some members wanted to move forward, all the members were able to connect online so we could not see each other’s screen, due to this there was a lapse in judgement by a few members. What could have been done better? Team members could’ve sidelined personal goals in order to attain group goals and eventually a high score. What was the decision-making process in your group? We were all linked up online. Everyone knew who needed to be consulted and when after what person explained their position and what decisions were in their hands. The first step in our process was for each person to share what they saw on their dashboards and what they felt was the best decision. We all confirmed our next steps after discussing our health & personal goals, and then made the final move.
