Republic of the Philippines Province of Negros Oriental Municipality of La Ubertad Barangay Aniniaw OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE Ri ANINIAW, LA LIBERTAD, NEGROS ORIENT; ANINIAW, LA LIBERTAD, NEGROS ORE EGULAR SESSION OF BARANGAY COUNCIL OF BARANGAY /ALLAST SEPTEMBER 18, 2020 AT ANINIAW, BARANGAY HALL, :NTAL AT 9:00 IN THE MORNING, Resolution No, __ Series of KC2020 WHEREAS, DSWD KALAHI- CIDSS; NCDDP PROJECT is a National Government Program focused for ‘community empowerment at ind development at Barangay Level WHEREAS, KALAHI- CIDSS; NCDP PROJECT aims to reduce poverty by providing said funds for community ‘SUB-PROJECTS as one of their goals and objecti ives; WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee together with the Community Volunteers agreed that the Sub-Project of the Barangay will be the Installation Of Canopies As Temporary Facilities For Frontliners And Purchase Of Amenities, Medical Equipment And PPEs For Designated Isolation Facility In Response To COVID 19 Crisis In Brey Aniniaw; WHEREAS, the Barangay is needed to allocate an amount that will be used to maintain and sustain the said Sub-Project; WHEREAS, the Barangay agreed to allocate the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) for the said purpose; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of the body present, be it, RESOLVED; AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED A RESOLUTION OF BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ANINIAW, ANINIAW, LA LIBERTAD, NEGROS ORIENTAL ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 10,000.00) FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM OF THE SUB-PROJECT INSTALLATION OF CANOPIES AS TEMPORARY FACILITIES FOR FRONTLINERS AND PURCHASE OF AMENITIES, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND PPEs FOR DESIGNATED ISOLATION FACILITY IN RESPONSE TO COVID 19 CRISIS IN BRGY ANINIAW.
