Job Duties:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting various Accounting, Budget, and Procurement systems in the following areas:
Required Skills:
Hands-on, in depth knowledge of accounting or budgeting business processes and practices (knowledge of government accounting a
strong plus)
Experience as a production support analyst
Experience working with planning, process and analysis/reporting tools such as; Oracle, SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Access, Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Education
A degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field from a recognized college or university required
This particular job requires current and future likely changes in software and telecommunications. For example, they
require experience with software titles such as Oracle, SQL, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, as well as Excel. They
also must have experience with the business models and problem solving phases for the field. To be prepared for this
job, you would need to ensure that you meet their required skills. Brush up on your software experience as well the
other things mentioned, like your communication skills. If you’re of foreign descent and have an accent, make sure
that others are able to understand you. Know the field and be able to present likely solutions to problems that may
arise in the field.

Required Qualifications and Skills
BA in Marketing or related field
Superior intellect. We seek a graduate from a top-tier school with excellent academic achievement.
The ability to conduct market research and apply market research results
The ability to identify and reach distinct market segments
Superior writing skills -- writing samples must be submitted for review.
Operational knowledge and experience using CRM systems including SalesForce, Sugar CRM, VTiger or on-premises equivalents.
Superior computer skills and experience using web-based tools.
Experience with search engine optimization. The selected candidate must have experience with website creation and optimization. If
you have not created a website and optimized the site for search engines, please do not apply for this position. Please submit samples of
websites created and optimized.
Experience with email and/or fax marketing campaigns.
Web marketing experience.
Website analytics experience
Knowledge of the press release cycle and associated tools
Video production and editing knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

· Occasional administrative HR projects.
Requirements:
This particular job requires the knowledge of new software that makes management more efficient and effective. For
example, the job requires knowledge of the ADP payroll system as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. These are
two required softwares that one applying should be proficient in. To prepare for this job, confirm that you’re
proficient in Excel and that you have a good understanding of the ADP payroll system. If you’re unsure, consult online
help or books and brush up on the skills. Pay attention to their other requirements, such as having a friendly and
