Job Duties:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting various Accounting, Budget, and Procurement systems in the following areas:

 Analyze and document business requirements


 Investigate and resolve software issues and defects
 Work with technical analysts to research problems and find and implement solutions
 Test software to ensure it meets specifications and identify any defects
 Support business users in the processing of business events
 Run simulations of business event processing
 Communicate issues and status to management

Required Skills:

 Hands-on, in depth knowledge of accounting or budgeting business processes and practices (knowledge of government accounting a
strong plus)
 Experience as a production support analyst
 Experience working with planning, process and analysis/reporting tools such as; Oracle, SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Access, Excel  
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Education

 A degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field from a recognized college or university required

About the Opportunity


We currently seek a top-tier individual for the Director of Web Marketing position.  The selected individual needs to be extremely self-motivated
and have operational experience with web marketing.  Goals that will be required of the successful candidate include the following:

 Write and manage press releases for the company.


 Obtain and publish testimonials from our key clients.
 Search engine optimize the marketing site to connect with our target audience.
 Corporate marketing site maintenance, oversight and strategy.
 Web marketing through blogs, link strategy execution and social networking.
 Customer Relationship Management using a CRM system and advance the company’s CRM goals.  Strong operational knowledge of CRM
systems is required.
 Conduct marketing research using web metrics and other tools to monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns

 
Required Qualifications and Skills
 
 BA in Marketing or related field
 Superior intellect.  We seek a graduate from a top-tier school with excellent academic achievement.
 The ability to conduct market research and apply market research results
 The ability to identify and reach distinct market segments
 Superior writing skills -- writing samples must be submitted for review.
 Operational knowledge and experience using CRM systems including SalesForce, Sugar CRM, VTiger or on-premises equivalents.
 Superior computer skills and experience using web-based tools.
 Experience with search engine optimization.  The selected candidate must have experience with website creation and optimization.  If
you have not created a website and optimized the site for search engines, please do not apply for this position.  Please submit samples of
websites created and optimized.
 Experience with email and/or fax marketing campaigns.
 Web marketing experience.
 Website analytics experience
 Knowledge of the press release cycle and associated tools
 Video production and editing knowledge is a plus, but not required.
 Healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

This particular job requires an understanding of Internet and marketing database systems, and how they impact
traditional marketing activities. For example, they require experience with CRM systems like SalesForce. They also
require “superior” computer skills for web-based tools. To prepare for this, you should know the field. Be sure to
know the required softwares and brush up on anything that you don’t know or have little experience in.

example, the job requires knowledge of the ADP payroll system as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. These are
