The GalacTECH Collision of the SCIENCE-st and Largest that Ever Existed

In a world where everything is considered big, how can a thing of little size exist into
life?

The Planet Earth identified as the only planet with life is considered big. From the seven
continents narrowed down to number of houses and by taking a glimpse on the world map or
globe supports that statement. From the moment the universe was created to the start of
human existence until the present time, science and technology is present. These two fields
paved the way for the various improvements throughout the test of time.

Humans and the whole universe are two different personas as primarily seen in their
sizes. Despite the size differences, it is amazing how a small and a large one can fit one
another. These two personas are the key players in our journey learning about the history of
science and technology. Humans acted out of their curiosity to explain some phenomenon or
things that have existed before us such as Albert Einstein who created the theory of relativity,
Marie Curie who discovered radium, Ernest Rutherford who discovered the nucleus among
atoms, Leo Szilard who worked together with Einstein regarding thermodynamics, quantum
mechanics and created an appliance which is a fridge.

These are some of the people who became a part of history in the scientific and
technological field that helped us in learning what the world was like before we opened our
eyes to the world we witness right now. Further, many people get inspired or motivated by the
discoveries of these famous persons which allow them to study, observe and view things and
the surrounding in a new perspective. Perhaps, someone from today’s generation can discover
a medicine for immortal health; who knows?

In addition, because of the continuous evolvement of the technology, life has never
been easier as compared from before. We can talk to people from across the world without
literally crossing the world because of the internet, applications and gadgets; we can preserve
left-over food because of a refrigerator; or we can act like we are with that idol or in a place we
want to because of 3D or 4D.

Before, our knowledge can be compared to a grain of sand but as time passes by, the
things we know are now contained in sand boxes that when already full needs another sand
box to fill. Humans continue to seek for knowledge and studying history of science and
technology does not only give us a glimpse of the various processes that exists but also helps
us determine its influence to culture and tradition. Never thought that a collision between a
small and a big one can make a galactic impact as a whole.
