1. INSTALLATION

1) Mud, weld slag, dust, sediment, etc. shall be free from foreign substances and shall be in the pipe.
2) Since Glass is configured on both sides, please install it carefully.
3) You need enough space to install and disconnect Glass.
It is the minimum space required depending on the line size.

D. A strainer upstream of the glass prevents foreign matter from flowing

into the fluoroscopy window.
E. The Flapper Type must be installed in a horizontal position,
and the Lantern Type must be installed in both locations.
2. OPERATION
1) It must be installed in the cleaned pipe section.
2) Install from the upstream(entrance) to the downstream(exit).
3) Flapper Type Sight Glass distinguishes fluid flow through individual holes or closures.
4) Ball Type Sight Glass identifies the flow of fluid through the movement of the ball.

3. ASSEMBLY ORDER
1) Follow the procedure below for Cross Type .
2) For other types, follow the procedure below to add each procedure.
3) Tighten the bolts diagonally with uniform force.
4) Depending on size, follow the following torque values:
