 There was an emergency patient, he was taken to a treatment room, he

vomited blood and he was the wanted person, maybe he is a fugitive.
 2 characters, dr.conard and dr.mina, seemed daring and fearless to take
risks. They are decisive(disaysive). but his other coworker, dr.irving
seemed looks like a coward and he is too strict and by the book.
 Daring/berani. Courageous/berani. by the book/terlalu taat peraturan
protokol. Decisive/pengamabil keputusan. Fearless/tak kenal takut.
Obedient/taat. Coward/pengecut. quick-witted. Strict/kaku tegas.

 Resident nurses, on their first day on the job, they look excited, but they
seem to be busy. and there is one sentence that I like from the head
nurse is whatever comes through that door is yours. their expression
says, we will be very busy today.

 Working as a nurse requires us to have a great emotional stability. It
requires us to be daring and don’t panic to take a decision
 ER nurse : To be an emergency room nurses, we have to organized and
be able to balance several patients at one time. We have to be a
problem solver, because certain patients may need priority treatment
over the others. Even if they entered the emergency room first, and a
good nurse should prioritize the varying levels of patient need.
 ER nurses treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe
medical conditions and require urgent treatment. Since these specialists
work in crisis situations, they must be able to quickly identify the best
way to stabilize patients and minimize pain.
 I think the ER nurse is suit on me, because i can not work just by the
book. I like to be a decisive. I usually to organized anything else. And i
feel more challenged to choose one is the prioritast first. I'm not the
kind of person who is too friendly to be a pediatric nurse, midwife and
I'm too careless to be a perioperative nurse.
  I could be wrong, but before that, i pronounce desicive, but you said it
must be dici. But after i checked the pronounce on the google translete,

 I want my co-workers to have extensive knowledge like Doctor Shaun,

but I don't want to have colleagues who are easy to panic. I wish I had a
colleague like Doctor Audrey because her charasteristic is so calming and
she can support her coworkers become more comfort with her.
 I do not have the trait that can calm others like Doctor Audrey
 for nurses who have an important role in healing their patients, and
according to their patients, they are the most good and professional
nurses
 first nurse ia ashley devis, Caring proffesional manner. She is a caring
and helpfull nurse and she is also has good communication skill. quick to
share a kind word. ashley provided great care for the patient. She is
focused on making patient received the medical care she needed. She
was good explaining what she was doing. She always check the patient
to see if the patient need anything and quick to share a kind word.
 2, zoe henry. She is knowledgeable and extreamly caring. She an advcate
for the patient. she is a invormative nurse. Both of them has provided
great care for the patient

SESSION 3

 Assalamualaikum, in this opportunity, i would like to nominated my
friend, our froind, our amazing nurse, wahyu arifatun z.
 It is great pleasure to me to read the nomininee this who deserving
nurse for Daisy Award 2020. I nominate wahyu arifatun zulfiah to be
a nurse of the year. She is very dedication to patient care manifests
trough her development of others. She is easly motivates others to
pursue personal and professional growth as a nurese. I speak from
personal experience considering she is the one who inspired me to
become more involved in professional nursing.
 There are many instances i could share of the compassionate care
this nurse provies to her patients. There are just a few of the
examples that stood out the most to me. She often came into the
patient’s room to said so much kind word, she always talk with her
patients and she said it can increase information for our assessment.
 Her service extneds even to her co workers where she gave her
caring to patient could in a timely manner. Your compassion,
optimism and kindness do not go unnoticed. We appreciate you!. You
are a valued member of our team. Thank you for being the amazing
