Answer English Query (via Email) - Job

Job Description:
● Answer English queries via email by doing research on the topic. There are
topics that you might not be familiar with.
● Example of a query (screenshot)

●
● Each answer varies in length, depending on the query. Average length: 150 -
200 words.
● Record the queries you answer in a dedicated Google Sheet

Requirements:
● Strong English writing skill. Please mention any English qualifications you
have (IELTS, SAT, GMAT, …). Strong preference for IELTS > 6.5
● Strong research skills, as you may have to answer queries that you do not
have a background in.
● Able to write under a persona (meaning you could write as if you are someone
else)
 ● Able to answer queries within 2-3 hours since the queries were sent.
Queries are sent 3 times daily, Monday - Friday, at 11:30pm, 5:00am, and
5:30pm. You don’t need to commit to all 3 time slots.
● Good with using Gmail and Google Sheet.
● Prefer to based in Ho Chi Minh City for training. This task could be done
anywhere (no office-based)

Compensation:
● Pay per query - 100,000 VND/query

● Successful applicants will be notified with an interview for further English skill
test. If you pass the test, you will be given the task instruction, and do trial for
2 queries.
● If you pass the trial test, you will be given more autonomy in answering more
email queries.
