People Profilers ensures that our Consultants representing us meet or exceed our Service
Level Standards.
Qualitative Measures
1. Submitting Resumes
- Our Consultants will ensure that the resumes provided are accurate, up-to-date, and in
line with our Client’s job requirements.
- All resumes submitted to Clients should have prior approval from the candidates.
2. Providing Support
- Our Consultants will ensure that they provide support to both the Clients and the
Candidates to achieve a smooth recruitment process, from initial screening of candidates to
the selected candidate’s onboarding with the Client.
3. Handling Enquiries
- Our Consultants will attend to all enquiries from both Clients and Candidates and attend
all meetings necessary as requested from Clients or Candidates.
Quantitative Measures
1. Response Time
- Our Consultants will ensure that all enquiries are handled promptly within 24 working
hours of receipt of enquiry.
- For more complex enquiries, each will be handled on a case-by-case basis which is to be
negotiated with the client in the initial contact.
Once we are given a specific role from a client, we will follow through with the full search
methodology so as to ensure that we deliver the best candidate for the role.
Client Meeting
1. A Consultant who specializes in the client’s industry or function will meet up with the
client to detail the requirements of the position.
2. The Consultant will seek to understand the potential incumbent’s full role and
responsibilities within the client’s organization, including the reporting matrix and culture,
to better map out the right candidates for the role, from the HR, Hiring Manager and/or
Supervisor.
3. Consultant will be required to find out on the salary budget and attractiveness of the role
and advise the client accordingly if it is in line with existing market’s expectations. 4. A
realistic timeline for the search will be discussed and agreed upon, including the estimated
onboarding of the incumbent.
Screening Process
1. The Consultant who is familiar with the role will conduct interviews with the selected
candidates to qualify their competencies and career aspirations to ensure they are in-line
with client’s expectations.
2. History of their previous employment will be further screened to ensure relevancy for
the role.
3. Consultant will also seek to understand the expectations of the candidates such that they
are realistic and within what the client has to offer.
4. The qualified resumes will then be presented to the clients with summary of their
background proposed suitability.
Offer and Negotiation
After the client has conducted the necessary rounds of interviews coordinated by the
Consultant and an offer is made, the Consultant will seek to ensure acceptance of the offer
by negotiating the offer most comfortable for both parties.
1. Once the candidate accepts the offer, the Consultant will continue to follow-up on the
processes for signing of appointment letter to the successful resignation, until the final
onboarding of the candidate with the client.
2. Consultant will from time to time check in with the candidate to understand if the
incumbent is settling and integrating well into the new job.

Executive Search

ensures that the candidates we offer to your company are not only well qualified for the

General Recruitment
Type of position
- Assist organizations in finding mostly middle level executives and professionals –
- Frequently represent individuals seeking placement
Fee Payment – Please note that the fee shall be discussed base on job spec, volume and
location
- Charge a fee only upon successful placement of a candidate
- Fees are 20% of the successful candidate’s total annual compensation package (TACP)
including base salary, 13th month salary, sign-on/guaranteed bonus and cash allowances.
