2. Remove coupling guards and spools piece on gear-box & load gear-box for rotor alignment
checks to be carried out ON GOING
3. Open inlet plenum door for Six-point check to commence on R.O
4. Cleaning all parts for rebuild

Not enough Technicians to support the outage.

Please provide 3 additional Experienced Mech Technicians.

Stopped the work 16.00PM on removing coupling spool piece Turbine end and Gear –box end as no tools

Look Ahead:

Unbolt gas turbine compartment Ventilation ducts

Remove instrumentation wiring and conduit in turbine Compartment and on roof
Remove Roof
Remove Combustion instrumentation Spark plugs flame Scanners 
Remove turbine compartment piping cooling & sealing and gas piping
Please prepare all new parts for combustion inspection
