Amusement Leisure Ltd is based on the expertise of its founders, who developed and owned Canada’s first water

theme park and waterslide manufacturing facility beginning in 1978. Our founders were pioneers in the world

Mandalay Bay celebrated its grand opening in March of 1999. Located at the south end of the Las Vegas strip, Mandalay Bay’s signature attraction is its surf and beach water
playground. The wave pool designed and supplied in conjunction with Murphy’s Waves of Scotland is a massive, 41,178 square feet of water and is surrounded by a three-
quarter mile river. The waves are adjustable up to six feet in height and can accommodate body borders and surfers. The grounds are appropriately landscaped with lush
vegetation, mystical architecture and soothing waterfalls creating a relaxing, tropical environment. Amusement Leisure is proud to have contributed to arguably the most
beautiful resort and hotel facility in Las Vegas.

The premise behind this new concept deign, was to provide exciting, value-added attractions to the family travel market. The park maximizes the use of interior space &
features two significant slides, therapy pools, water exercise equipment, a mini wave pool, hot spa pool, kiddy pool, interactive play structure & a lounge deck. The project is
a fully themed medieval port village with artificial rockwork, waterfalls, 3 wall murals, specialty lighting, surface treatments & theme elements. The Ramada Indoor waterpark
has set a precedent for an expanding market opportunity in hotel/motel developments.

The introduction of the first Great Wolf Lodge in Canada created summer all year round. The 103,000 sq. ft indoor waterpark is truly a state of the art facility with 13 water-
slides, 4 pools, a four story tree house and nearly 2.5 million litres of water that is splashed, sprayed, waved and played with by both kids and parents alike. Amusement
Leisure was an integral part of the design and supply of this fabulous facility creating a magnitude of slides in the ceiling, a huge wave pool and kiddie slides.

teaser campaign that saw over 1,200 votes casted for the right to name this zero gravity water attraction. The Cliffhanger was the main contributor to Castaway Cove having it’s best
season ever by increasing their attendance by 13% over prior year 2007 and increasing revenue 20% over 2007.”

Australia’s first and only Sidewinder opened last September 2008 at Wet ‘n’ Wild Water World – Australia’s largest waterpark which is owned by Warner Village Theme Parks.
The Double Sidewinder, branded as the Kamikaze, plunges riders down a sheer 11 meter drop at an angle of 70 degrees. Reaching speeds up to 50 km / h, riders feel the
sensation of zero gravity.
Chief Executive of Warner Village Theme Parks (WVTP) John Menzies says, “We expect this new attraction to be a big hit with our thrill seeking teens and adventurous families. It’s a
unique attraction and the first of its kind in the southern hemisphere.”

Through several years and numerous concepts of development planning Amusement Leisure prepared the master development plan for a 8 acre water amusement park as
a compliment to the adjacent dry water park and vacation destination developed by the Singapore Nation Trade Union. Amusement Leisure worked with Melchers Project
managers and Europools of Glasgow Scotland to prepare the construction documents for the park development.

Amusement Leisure provided further assistance in engineering the preparation of steel fabrication drawings for the structures and supports, supplied the various rides and
play elements, provided installation services, commissioning and training.

Rio Water Planet is possibly South America’s most beautiful water theme park. Located on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, the park is constructed utilizing as much of the
natural landscape as possible. Sixteen waterslides plummet off the mountainside to the valley below. A chair-lift coveys patrons to the top of the mountain where they can
chose from a variety of exciting ride experiences.

The rides include three thrill rides, a six-lane Surfhill Racer, a Giant People Eater Family Raft Ride, a 4-Person In-Line Boat Ride, four inner tube rides and two Kiddie slides. A
giant wave pool highlights the valley floor, with the wave generator also producing waves leading to the Action River, which winds throughout the park.

With the acquisition of Alabama Adventure Waterpark the new ownership headed by Southbrook Entertainment of Hollywood California, sought the services of Amusement
Leisure to assist in planning new feature attractions to enhance and add membership and attendance to the park. Amusement Leisure assisted in planning a new 25,000
square foot wave pool and beach attraction to the park as well as a new feature speed slide - 2nd aqua drum. The location of the features was planned to fit within the
variable topography of the site. The rides and features were opened for the 2003 season with a second body bowl ride and pool being added for the 2004 season.

Amusement Leisure was engaged to provide design, planning and ride provision to the multi million dollar outdoor water park addition to their existing indoor resort
waterpark. Ride addition includes a two lane Surfhill Racer, Bullet Flume Speed Slide, Sidewinder MK1 and the new Backlash two man boat ride. “The speed slide extends off
a 60 foot elevation and plunges into the run out in less than 6 seconds making it one of the most popular rides in the park” says General Manager Mike Kaminski.
In 2008 Waterfun Products was contracted to build the tallest Vortex in North America. At 48 feet high the Vortex™ (named the Cyclone) is the
tallest in North America, has a slope of 18% and has a length of 267.8 feet.

Located next to the gambling and resort attractions of Macao, New Yuan Ming Palace is just one hour by boat from Hong Kong. South China’s first themed waterpark opened
to enthusiastic visitors in July of 1999. The park is constructed around an existing component of the New Yuan Ming Palace, which is a historical theme park designed around
Beijing’s Yuan Ming Palace, built during the Ching Dynasty. Amusement Leisure utilized the expertise of their manufacturing facility in China to construct and install a four
lane Surfhill Racer, a Big Splash Boat Ride, two Superflume Twister slides and two heart-stopping speed slides. Amidst the extensive “Lost City” theming package is a 45-meter
(148-foot) manmade waterfall, a duplication of the Forbidden City Palace and a replica of a portion of the Great Wall of China.

Aqualand Waterpark is designed as a major destination resort development for Santa Cruz, covering an area of over 40 acres. Plans for the development include a multi-
phased waterpark, entertainment facilities, resort hotel, restaurant, night club, dry recreational facilities & other retail land uses. In the first phase implementation of the
project provided a full range of waterpark rides & services for the development prior to its scheduled opening in the fall of 2002.
Waterpark construction included a combination 3-tube slide complex, Family Raft Ride, drop slide, 2 Kiddies’ areas with themed slides, a 30 meter Wave Pool & Lazy River.
Future ride complexes include a twin Vortex thrill ride, four lane Surfhill Racer, twin 4-man In-Line Boat Rides, a Sidewinder MK-1 integrated into large splash pools & the lazy
river.

In-Line Boar Ride was required to augment an existing waterslide package at Pharaoh’s Lost Kingdom waterpark. Utilizing the existing platform, the In-Line Boat Ride was
added to a 60-foot high platform and a super thrilling, AquaWhiz body slide was built from the top level at 85 feet. The result is two of the industry’s most breath taking, visu-
ally appealing and talked about attractions. The two attractions, suitable named Anileator and Pharaoh’s Revenge, can be easily recognized from Interstate 10 in Redlands,
California.

Amusement Leisure provided the popular, 4-Person In-Line Boat Ride. Rising 67 feet above the ground, the “Patriot” with its red, white & blue signature markings, is a visual
icon. Four person rafts are conveyed from the deceleration area up the Amusement Leisure conveyor system to the platform above. At the platform, the rafts are loaded with
anxious guests, who eagerly anticipate the exciting, 650-foot trip down. The “patriot’ is a new, major regional attraction of Amusement Leisure at Wild Rivers. In 1997, Amuse-
ment Leisure designed & supplied the “Chaos”, a fully themed tube ride which continues to be one of the most successful attractions at Wild Rivers. Subsequent to the instal-
lation in 2002, Amusement Leisure provided a second set of signature rides in the park in the form of twin bowls. The rides are highly successful & have been featured in the
reality TV show The Bachelorette.
