I have had the privilege of working with Mrs. Bykoski this year in her capacity as a 5" grade teacher. Rebecca has worked as a teacher, mentor, Instructional Coach (Reflective, BTSA) and played an important role as coach in developing our PBIS school wide system in the Adelanto Elementary School District. Her passion for education and student achievement makes her an invaluable addition to our school. Currently, Rebecca is serving as an administrative designee for AES taking on several important roles in leadership to support student achievement school wide Mrs. Bykoski has a passion for working with students and sets high expectations holding them accountable for reaching their academic goals. Rebecca is clear in her expectations and consistently encourages students to follow our school’s PBIS Cougar Code. Her ability to develop positive rapport with our students is second to none. Mrs. Bykoski is reliable, responsible, and very hard working. She is always willing to go the extra mile. Her leadership role as our school’s PBIS coordinator helped us earn recognition from the California PBIS Coalition at the Silver level for two straight years.
