shareholders and administrative resources and there have been drops in sales and contracts

with construction companies. According to our marketing studies, these losses are a

reflection of this pandemic; there are no shareholders in the construction and real estate

area that are investing.

Given this, we want to recognize once again that you have been and will be our best

suppliers; we have had a strong labor bond for many years.

It is for this reason that we want you to still feel safe to continue cooperating with us.

Our marketing study projects the following:

1-. According to economic studies, the summer of 2021 comes a rise of 90% in housing

construction.

2-. Coastal urban land sales are down.

3-. The marble and granite companies are taking a contract, respecting dates and labor and

installation discounts.

4-. We have our cooperators from the construction area.

5-. We have the economic resources earned from real estate projects delivered until May of

this year.
