To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to recommend Ms. Jessica Udovich to you for your Dental Hygiene program at the Pima
Medical Institute. I have known Jessica for almost 8 years now, as I first met her when I was recruiting
her as a high school student to become a member of the women’s Division I soccer program here at the
University of Washington.

Jessica is a hardworking and diligent student who has been passionate about attending dental hygiene
school since she first got to college. She’s worked hard to fulfill the prerequisites for dental hygiene
school as well as seeking out opportunities with a variety of dentists in order to gain practical
experience. It has been exciting to hear her enthusiasm for the work as she has recounted to me her
time in the different dental practices.

Jessica has had a unique experience as a college student-athlete and by unique I mean extremely trying
and brutal. This is her 5th season of college soccer and in that time she has only completed one full
season as she tore her anterior cruciate ligaments in her knees three times, twice in one knee and once
in the other. Rarely do you see an athlete overcome this type of devastating injury and mental adversity
even one time, but to work back three times with the type of attitude and resolve that she has truly has
been something to behold. Her character, her attitude and her physical and mental resilience are
astounding. She has managed to remain a team first player and is highly thought of by her teammates
and coaches.

She is well equipped for dental hygiene school and the rigors of gaining work experience and becoming
elite at her craft because she will do the work, she will ask for help if she needs it, she will be curious as
to how to be better, and she will be an absolute delight to be around and work with as a student.

Whomever ends up with Jessica Udovich in their dental practice will be extremely fortunate because
they will have someone who patients will not be able to live without and will feel comfortable and
valued by. It is without hesitation that I recommend her to you for your program at Pima Medical
Institute.

Respectfully,

Lesle D. Gallimore
