INTRODUCTION

Overview
ITC (hereafter known as the Provider) is pleased to submit a proposal for the INTERACTIVE
WEBSITE development of Debindo Mitra Tama. This proposal describes the technology,
services, terms, and schedule for the INTERACTIVE WEBSITE development project.
INTERACTIVE WEBSITE development is serious branding foe event organizer. It takes time
and patience to create something that works for you and is free of bugs and other issues. The user
experience must be seamless; high performing, fast, responsive, and integrated. We'll design and
develop a powerful INTERACTIVE WEBSITE that will anticipate and respond to participant
needs and expectations, provide a smooth navigational experience, and appropriately reflect your
event organizer in look and feel.

ITC was founded in Malang, Indonesia. We are a team of developer, designer, and technopreneur
who thrive on designing and developing great user interfaces and user experiences for websites,
web applications, and mobile applications. Our vastly different backgrounds and experiences

2. Web Backend and Web API Features

 Content Management System
A bundled or stand-alone application to create, manage, store and deploy content
on Web pages. Web content includes text and embedded graphics, photos, video,
audio, and code (e.g., for applications) that displays content or interacts with the
user.

PROPOSED SOLUTION
1. Web Backend and Web API
 Technology Used
ITC will develop on top of PHP 7.x. The application will run on top of a Debian,
NGINX webserver, and MySQL database. On the front-end we will use
HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, PHP Framework and JQuery.
 Browser Compatibility
The HTML/CSS will be web standards compliant. Browser compatibility is as
follows:
o Internet Explorer, version 11 or later.
o Microsoft Edge, stable version.
o Mozilla Firefox, stable version.
o Google Chrome, stable version.
o Apple Safari, version 10.x or later

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
1. Planning Phase
The planning phase is the fundamental process of understanding why the app should be
built.
2. Analysis Phase
During the analysis phase we strive to determine what the app will look like and what
information will be presented. This process is largely information gathering and is usually
done in a face-to-face meeting. We often review competitor app, review design layouts, and
determine the target audience.
3. UI / UX Design Phase
During the prototype design phase, ITC will create a UI / UX design for review. The designs
are placed into an interactive prototype pages that clients can call up in a browser and view
like they would in a full working app.
4. Development Phase
Once a UI / UX design has been approved by the client ITC can begin the app development.
5. Testing Phase
The app development has completed and it is time for testing. Testing is done to ensure the
app is fully functional within all target devices and there are no bugs.
6. Release Phase
Testing has completed and the app is ready to be released to application store.
7. Maintenance Phase (Optional)
In this phase, ITC will help you to ensure that your system and app works properly, as well
as remove any vulnerabilities and reduce security risks.
