Mayonnaise
Mashed avocado, hummus.

Coconut, brazil, walnut, hemp.
Whipped Cream
Full fat coconut milk.

Breakfast Receipe
Spelt Pancakes
.>1 cup of spelt flour
>2 tablespoons date
sugar
>1 cup of dairy free milk
(see list of milks)
>2 tablespoons of
grapeseed oil for cooking
>pinch of pure sea salt
Preheat griddle. Combine spelt flour, sea salt, date sugar into a
medium bowl. Add dairy free milk, and mix until well combined.
Pour oil on griddle, place about 1/4 cup of batter, cook until
bubbles form around the edges, flip over 3 minutes per side.
Serve with agave syrup, coconut whipped cream and sliced fruit
of choice.

>.1/2 cup blueberries
>1/2 cup strawberries
>1/2 cup rasberries
>1/2 cup blackberries
>1 burro banana sliced & frozen
>2 1/2 cups of dairy free milk

>1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
Lunch Receipe
Quinoa Salad
>.1 cup of uncooked quinoa
>1/2 cup cherry/plum tomatoes,
halved
>1/4 cup of red onions finely
chopped
>1/4 cup of arugula, chopped
>1 large ripe avocado chopped
Dressing
>1/2 tablespoon granulated
>1/2 cup of Olive Oil
seaweed
>1 lime (2-3 tablespoons
>1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
of juice
>1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
>pinch of sea salt
Dinner Receipe
Mushroom Pasta
>1 packaged of uncooked
grain free spelt spaghetti.
>1 medium onion
>1 cup of chopped kale
>2 cups of mushrooms
>2 tablespoons of toasted
sesame seed oil
>1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Snack
Roasted Chickpeas
>2 cups of cooked chickpeas
>2 tablespoons olive oil
>1/2 teaspoon sea salt
>2-4 teaspoons onion powder
Drink
Orange Limeade
>1/4 cup agave syrup
>1/2 cup fresh lime juice
>1/2 cup fresh orange juice
>1 cup sparkling water
>4 cups crushed ice
Pour the agave syrup into a large pitcher. Add lime juice and
orange juice and stir. Add the sparkling water. Divide the ice
among 4 glasses or cups. Pour the limeade mixture into each
glass and garnish.
