Comments and suggestions:

The teacher has the mastery of the subject matter. She also has a well-modulated voice. The
instructional materials are well-prepared and readable. The lesson plan is great. There’s congruence
among the procedures, assessments and assignments. The classroom management was very evident.

However, the teacher has mannerism that tend to disturb the student`s attention. She needs to
work on her smile and energy while discussing in order to avoid dead air.

Good luck on your journey and congratulations. Always remember that “feedback is the
breakfast of the champions”. God bless!
