Seefeldt Award Nomination 2011
The Seefeldt Awards are traditionally very competitive. Previous recipients have created new
programs/services in the arts, volunteered their time and energy for the arts, provided in-kind or
financial support, championed the local arts, and worked to expand the reach of the arts in our
community. Some recipients were recognized for exceptional efforts during the previous arts season
while others were recognized for ongoing contributions. If you have previously nominated an
organization or individual who did not win a Seefeldt Award, feel free to nominate them again.
All nominees will be recognized and celebrated at Arts Alive! 2011 on April 30 (rain date, May 1). If
you know an organization, business or individual who has made a difference in the arts, complete
the attached nomination form and return it by close of business on March 28, 2011, via mail, email

Why does your nominee deserve a Seefeldt Award for Arts Excellence? Identify your nominee’s specific
contributions to an individual arts organization or the overall arts community. Consider such factors as
impact on local arts production, arts education, community outreach, partnership building, organizational
leadership, advocacy and philanthropy.
