1. Introduction

A survey was carried out at Elite Highway, Putra Heights by our technical team and
the site is found to be suitable for our 2G & 3G system coverage.

We hereby propose for the possibilities doing the proposed work s requested by
Maxis. This document describes the technical issues involved.

2. Site Accessibility

Frequent movement of staff and workers is expected at the initial stage of site
preparations and equipment installation, testing and commissioning.

While at the operational phase, the site may be visited by maintenance staff
periodically. Hence, it is required that the site be accessible 24 hours.
