TIME MANEGMENT - CASE STUDY: - 7

Introduction: - We are doing Case Study 7.


Our Main Character covers, A well-organized boy whose name is Kevin, always adhere to his
plan. routines and schedules. He is so firm with his goals that he wouldn’t let anything come
in the way to achieve his goals. Although he is following a schedule which is not easy for
everyone to follow on daily basis. Unfortunately, due to his hectic schedule and he collapses
from fatigue, suffering a nervous breakdown, this may conclude that he didn’t pay enough
attention to his inner happiness, and health, which eventually gave a consequence of nervous
breakdown.

A Short Skit: -
Narrator: - Kevin reaches his home after a long-tired day, following his daily schedule
Kevin: - Kevin Introspects about his daily life, goals, and the way to accomplish his desired
goals.
Narrator: - One of Kevin’s friend asks him to go out for a weekend plan for outing.
Kevin: - Thinks weather he should go out or stay at home doing some other work which may
help him to do his work more frequently.
Narrator: - Kevin’s friend then advises him that it’s important going out for him to hang out,
live a stress-free life, give himself an inner happiness, work is important, but at the same
time, health is considered to be wealth
Kevin: - Kevin then realizes that to live a happy life, it’s equally important to focus on
positive things around us, to have a healthy atmosphere which keeps body and mind both
healthy and happy.
Narrator: - Kevin and his friend then go out to a waterpark, Enjoy the day. Come back to
home.
Kevin: - Says to his friend, what a wonderful day it was, Enjoyed the happiness of the things
around him, realizes that life is to more to live, not just to survive.
Narrator: - Kevin’s friend advises him to plan his schedule in a way where he can spare
sometime for his own life, some leisure time where he can give sometime to his hobbies, may
be meditation – giving peace to his mind. and doing such more activities.
Kevin: - Kevin from here on decides to live happy life with a specific time allotted to his
personal life as well to accomplish his goals.
Time Management Strategies: -
The strategies to we recommend to Kevin are as follows: -
 To Identify Activities which he can do in his leisure time; Which gives him inner
happiness and peace, which would keep Kevin away from the daily life stress.
 Create an hour each day dedicated to ourselves, create time slots to spend quality time
with your loved ones.
 Be Mindful and prioritize things.
 To make his schedule in a way where he can allot some time to his inner self
 To go out with pears, may be a nice evening walk, meditation, good videos
 Plan weekends in a way where he can live his life, and come out of the daily stress so
next week can have a positive start.
 Planning a break after a specific time, with a group of people he feels happy with.

Yes, we do implement this in our real life, despite having all goals, and plans to achieve
them, we are aware it’s important to live life in every aspect, personally, academically,
socially, to have a perfect balance in life.
